Stress and Rescue

Class cost: $269 includes student kit w/video

This class details how stress can be detected before the dive and prevents accidents from ever happening. This course breaks downs stress and the many forms it has on the surface and underwater on a dive. It includes many self-help techniques and buddy assists to build confidence and comfort in the water. This course is the most intense class outside of the basic open water class. Requirements for completing this class are holding current CPR, First Aid, and the DAN O2 provider rating. These additional classes will be scheduled in conjunction with the Stress & Rescue class.
